At Deep Pow Co., every product is made to order — just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives with a printing issue, damage, or manufacturing error, we’ve got your back. You may request a free replacement or a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
To request a replacement or refund, please email us at deeppowdercompany@gmail.com. with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will review your request and respond promptly to resolve it.
Important Notes
- We do not accept returns or size exchanges. All products are printed on demand and made specifically for you.
- Refunds or reprints will only be issued for qualifying issues (e.g., misprints, defects, or damage during shipping).
- We cannot offer refunds due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection, so please double-check the size guide before ordering.

Sizing Disclaimer:
For sizes XL and above, the printed design does not scale up with the garment. This means the graphic may appear smaller in proportion compared to the product photos. Fit and print quality stay the same — only the visual scale changes.
